This week at Try it on Tuesday is Do i Yourself,we have to make a card without using bought embellishments,so i chose oriental as its a while since i used this theme;
Materials:Distress Inks.ripe persimmon,seedless preserves and gathered twigs.
                                  stamps from stampman.
                                   Gold Krylon pen.
                                   Walnut gold Glimmer Mist.
                                    Kings Gold embossing powder.
                                    Embossing ink
                                    Tim Holtz Tag Die.
                                     White Card.

I sprayed my white card with the glimmer mist and then cut out the tag which i distressed with the inks,then spritzed with water,stamped and embossed the chinese poppy, a beautiful stamp i've had for some time but never fails to lookwonderful,stamped and cut out the small Geisha which is water coloured with the distress inks and i dotted with the krylon pen,i cut 3 narrow strips of paper,coloured and edged with gold and added to the beads i made with same paper,and hung them from the tag.I then stamped,embossed  and cut out a coin and added that and there i had my D.I.Y. card.Do go and check out the other D.T's creations they are wonderful.
