About 5 years ago o bought a brayer,used it
once and it went in the craft box, not to be
seen again till today when for some reason
i thought id have a play with it.This is the
masterpiece i produced(lol Cough), i used
adirondack inks and lavinia stamps.

OOps lost a couple of days..i like the simplicity of this cardbut not sure where everything came from duh!!! but i think it speaks for itself..... what do you think ?

Hi, here comes 2nd card from
weekend away.Very simple,I
used a Little Claire stamp
onto a die cut white circle,
added a touch of greenand
gold,a greeting,layered onto
green card on a striped paper.
sorry it was in my stash so
not sure who to attribute it
to, then just added 4 jewels
....card done.

A couple weeks ago my son in law and daughter
took us to a log cabin for the weekend...fabulous
....and Joanne and i made cards while we sat and
had a great time .Will add mine each day,the first
is this lovely choir scene from Pion Papers,backed
onto white..navy..and white card,i die cut the little
poinsettia in white and navy, added ribbon and i
love the simplicity of it.Thanks to Mark for our
break,was well needed.

Been playing....seem to have lost it
with crafting, nothing looks very
worthwhile,maybe time to hang
up my stamping.

I mentioned earlier that
I am struggling to do any
crafting,so i have made a
concerted effort to get back
but as well as that i have
lost real contact with the
people i enjoyed talking and
sharing with.Lots been
happening around me and
struggled to keep positive,so
i need sort me out and i'm
hoping some of you will keep in
contact when you have a moment,
ok whining over and new card i

Imagine Autumn

I have gone mad on the techniques
Sheena has been showing and her
A Little Bit Magical stamps so
this is a card I had a go at.
I am entering this in the
Fashionable Stamping Challenge
Great Fun.

This card was inspired after
watching Kay on Indigo Blue,
outside is acetate with snowman
and borders in card,inside is
stamped and glittered.

Here be Dragons

Been playing a bit,lost the will to
craft but trying to get back....
this is done with pa pastel b/g
and a stamp set i got a long
time ago with Dragons,mounted
on grey pearlescent card and

then onto papers given me as a
gift by my lovely friend Liz.

I watched the wonderful Sheena with her new stamps and was induced to buy them,i then had a go at the card she made,not exactly the same but such a help to get the hang of it, love it.

I bought the Papercraft
essentials magazine and
had a play as you can see,
a fun set of stamps free and
papers too,enjoyed it.

 

I thought i would play with
the big girls today and make
a tag,some great bloggers
have been playing and gave
me the idea.I coloured with
Frayed Burlap and Mowed
Lawn distress inks and spotted
with water,stamped with a free
birds on wire and Graphic 45
stamps,the bird stamped twicewith burlap and  then
with white embossing powder, i then added fragments
a bit of crackle stamping and hey presto!!! a tag,
not bad methinks.

oh my !!!! at last i have managed to get a picture on my blog,Janet you'd be so proud of me lol.There is a challenge on Lavinia blog for Pastels so i thought i would play.Background done with Pan Pastels,Lavinia stamps of course stamped with distress inks,i added butterflies to the tree punched from one in my stuff ,added flowers, glass drops and lots of glitter,not happy with how its uploaded but hey ho....I do try.

My poor friend Pat recently broke the bones in her arm so i made her a get well card,not a sentimental one wouldn't suit her ,she insisted on having a purple cast so i included one lol.

its my sisters birthday next week so i made this card for her all done in white card and wow powders flower stamp from Chloe and centre one from my stash the circle birthday is one a friend stamped for me,,picture not too good but hope you like.

poinsettia

I thought i would use my poinsettia stamp from Chloe and made this card,the b/g is done with festive berries and peeled paint distress inks, then stamped with a holly stamp from a set i had, sorry cant remember which,and then put through a folder,i die cut the snow flakes,tinted them blue,added a jewel to each,staped the die cut ovals with a stamp from the same set ,glittered and added the flower and a bow,happy with this.

I love House Mouses and found these in my stash so i coloured them with copics added glitter and some free papers from one of the mags,sorry!!!! not sure which one,added embellishments and quote off a Clarity stamp,luv it.

This is a little notebook i altered for my friend Liz aka BOBS love this image and i think she liked it too.
